Carol-Morgan-bw-Web Carol Morgan is a board member and Treasurer for the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum. Now retired Carol spent more than 13 years as Vice President of Audit & Risk Management Services for World Vision US, a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide, she has responsibility for setting the strategic direction of the audit activities as well as oversight for compliance and PCI data security. Carol is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. Ms. Morgan is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Puget Sound Chapter Board of Directors and serves on the Accounting and Internal Auditing Advisory Boards for Seattle University.
Chad Kincaid is a board member of the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum. Chad Kincaid is the Chief Financial Officer for Parker, Smith & Feek, Inc. a commercial insurance brokerage with offices in Bellevue, WA, Anchorage, AK and Portland, OR. He has been with the firm for 5 years. Prior to Parker, Smith & Feek, Inc. Chad spent 14 years as VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Tarbell Financial Corp. a large real estate services company in Orange County CA. He graduated cum laud from the University of Southern California with a BS in Accounting and is a CPA. In addition to the ERF Chad serves on the boards of Financial Executives International and the Bellevue College Foundation.
Cory-Stewart-bw-Web Cory Stewart is a board member of the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum. Cory is the Principal Accounting Officer for Washington Federal, Inc. and joined the company in January 2016. He brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. Roles held by Cory previously are Chief Accounting Officer at HomeStreet, Inc., Director of Finance for Volt Information Sciences, Inc., FVP of Corporate Accounting Policy for Washington Mutual Bank and Audit Manager at PwC. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington and has been a CFA charterholder since 2002. Cory graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Utah. He is a member of CFA Society of Seattle and also serves as a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound and the Washington Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).
RussellPaquette Russell Paquette is a founding board member and Sponsorship Lead for the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum and has been a member of the board since 2009. Paquette, Treasurer of Vulcan, Inc., is a highly accomplished treasury, risk & finance executive with 20+ years of progressive leadership across several industries including retail, financial services and health care. Cynthia Behnen-Gillison Cynthia Behnen-Gillison was recently appointed to the board for the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum in 2014 and is the Chair of the marketing committee. She is Director of the Risk Assurance Practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a global, audit and assurance, tax and consulting services corporation. With 18 years of accounting leadership & consulting experience she brings a breadth of knowledge in both industries & competencies to the firm and region. Behnen-Gillison is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA, Institute of Internal Auditors and the University of South Carolina Alumni Association.
 VanVongWeb  Van Vong is a board member and member of the speaker committee for the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum. She has been a critical member of the speaker committee since 2009. Van is a Senior Vice President and Account Executive with Marsh, LLC in Seattle. Marsh is devoted to finding the opportunity in risk. Van is a board member of the Washington Chapter of RIMS and Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce. She is also an Associate in Risk Management and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
  Brian Neville has been with PATH since 2015 and currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer. Path is a Seattle-based International Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that provides innovation-based solutions across five platforms (vaccines, drugs, diagnostics, devices, and system & service innovations) in Global Health primarily in Africa and South Asia. PATH has an annual budget of over $325 million and receives substantial funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the US Government (USAID in particular). His team includes 35+ professionals in the US and Africa. Brian was previously an SVP and the Corporate Controller at HomeStreet, Inc. and held leadership roles at T-Mobile, JP Morgan Chase, Washington Mutual, and the Bellevue-based public accounting firm Clark Nuber before that. Brian graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Business/Accounting.
AnneEtterWeb Anne Etter is a board member and strategic advisor for the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum and has been an important member of the speaker committee since 2009. She is a former Vice President Internal Audit and is a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor, holds a certificate in risk management assurance, and is a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner. She is a board member of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and conducts quality assurance reviews for the profession. She is regional board member for the American Lung Association and co-chairs their Women’s Cabinet. She sits on the advisory board of the Seattle University Center for Business Ethics.
Karen Kachele Gottschalk Karen Kachele Gottschalk is a founding board member and past Co-Chair of the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum. She has been a member of the board since 2009 and currently serves on the Executive Committee as Emeritus Past President. She is a Global Client Relationship Executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a global, audit and assurance, tax and consulting services corporation. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, National Association of Corporate Directors, and Advisory Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of King County, Ballard Club.
